Synopsis :

 
Gayatri, the hospital’s nurse, find out that some has replaced 
Anesthesia’s cylinder before she could inform anyone in the 
hospital, someone attacks her from behind. On the other side,
 CID team comes to meet ACP Pradyuman to know his recovery. 
Where a Nurse informs about Gayatri’s missing to the head Nurse
 about Gayatri’s missing. All hospital staff starts looking 
for Gayatri. ACP Pradyuman smells that there is something wrong,
 he begins investigating on his own. When ACP Pradyuman gets 
some clues, someone attacks him. ACP Pradyuman starts running
 behind that attackers, and he finds out the dead body of 
Dr. Sameer and Gayatri. CID team jump into action and start
 searching for clues. During their investigation, they find
 out that some has replaced Anesthesia’s cylinder with 
Carbon Monoxide, a lethal gas’s cylinder. They also find
 out that because of this gas many patients are dying in 
operation theaters. CID jumps into full action, and they catch
 three hospital staff member, who are doing all this. Who are 
these hospital staff members, doctor or assisting staff? Why
